Ash Wednesday, Good Friday, and all the Fridays of Lent are days of abstinence from eating meat. All who 14 years of age and above are bound by this law, and there is no upper age limit. Ash Wednesday and Good Friday are also days of fast. This law binds those who are 18 to 59 years of age.

Lenten Charismatic Retreat and Healing Mass From Divine Retrat Centre, POTTA

This retreat will be led by Rev. Fr. Augustine Vallooran, Director English and Foreign Languages retreats, Divine Retreat Center, Muringoor - POTTA - the largest retreat centre in the world.

Fr. Augustine Vallooran holds doctorate in Theology and also a professor in Seminary in Kerala. Praise and Worship will be led by Glen & Teresa. Along with powerful life changing sermons, there will be Adoration, Confession, Healing mass and Testimonies.

Hundreds of thousands of lives have been touched by these retreats in the past 20 plus years all over the world, and still continue to do.

He died for me, I live for him


Without God you don't know what you are living for.
Of course you try hard to give meaning to your life,
but deep down you realize that your existence
doesn't really seem to matter.

With God you know that your life has a destiny.
Because He gives you one.

God has a plan for you
and if you want to know what it is,
just surrender your all to Him.

Lay it all down, all your own ideas and concepts
about how life should be.
He knows better and if you let Him,
He'll guide you into His perfect plan of love
and fruithfulness for your life.

The more you love Him, obey Him and surrender to Him,
the more He will be able to flow through you
to bring His healing and His hope to people around you.
